Searching Your Store - You can search our store various ways. You can use the search bar if you know exactly what you are searching for. Keep in mind that all Harley Davidson Styles use the letter "D" before their style numbers. You can use the "Shop by Price" drop down. Or you can use the "Shop by Style" dropdown.
Product Availability - Most Harley Davidson boots will ship directly from the manufacturer within 1 - 2 business days. Some items we stock in our warehouse, which ship out immediately.
Product and/or Warranty Information - All products carry manufacturer warranties. If the product has been worn, if may require us returning them to the manufacturer for them to determine their course of action.

Shipping Methods Available - We use various carriers, such as Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Our goal is to keep your purchase as affordable as we can make it. Therefore, we try to keep our shipping costs as low as we can.
Shipping Times - Typically, orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. 
Track Your Order - We will provide you with a tracking # as soon as we receive it back from the manufacturer.

Return Policy - Refunds are offered within 14 days from receipt of the product. Product must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Why is no one answering my emails?
We answer all emails that we receive daily. Many times they go to your spam folder. Check the spam folder to see if our return email has been posted in there.

Do I need a Return Authorization?
We do not require return authorizations.

What if I refuse a shipment? 
All refused orders will be charged applicable costs associated with shipping and restocking fees from companies.

Why do I see D & D Outfitters for the return address instead of Leather Apparel Direct or HarleyDavidsonBoot?
D & D Outfitters is our parent company.
